I am Erika Bergqvist Lindvall, partner and senior anthropologist at Manyminds with a long background in journalism, film- and advertisement industry in Stockholm.
I engage with how people act individually or in group, which provides me with tools to better understand drivers of behaviors, individual needs and informal networks.
I use anthropological methods and analysis to understand contemporary cultures, subcultures, different demographic groups, working places, coworker cultures and organizations.
Much of our work at Many Minds is centered on formative processes that shape insights to support policies affecting the lives of customers, citizens, professional teams and organization cultures.
