The restaurant is home to the largest rum collection in Europe with a menu serving Caribbean grill cuisine.
• The Cane Rum Society aims at being the physical centre for the rum narrative in northern Europe.
The interior architecture consists of customized spaces, furniture and details.
The space includes The Rare Rum Library- a rum tasting room, integrated storytelling through graphics on barfronts and wallpapers and booths dedicated to rum brand partners.
