CASE Design of interior architecture and replanning of the two story boutique bakery for well renowned baker authority and TV personality Magnus Johansson.
WHAT The challenge was to re-plan multiple functions such as point of sale / shop, café and comfortable seating zoning as well as back of shop and in-house baking facilities on a minimal, two story interior space. The task was also to create an interior space that was based on the brands full dedication to sustainability and responsible production.
HOW In the design process a new floor slab and new stairs where created in order to create a loftier, more welcoming space.
